This happens when a person is trying to get the opposite sex "on to them" but is not able to do this due to the imaginary steel cage around him/her. It is very frustrating to get around this disease and cna piss the hell out of someone.

A disease that originated from El Salvador that causes the sufferer to fall on the ground and start erratically convulsing and vibrating. The movements look like someone trying to do the worm and that is where the name comes from.

When a baby boy is born with a knife on his stomach and he kills his mother with that knife, someone with this disease must run away after murdering his mother and is on the run from the government for the rest of his life.
Timmy was born with Reverse-Abortion Lebotomy Disease and murdered his mother at birth, he is forever on the run and has random flashbacks of his mother's uterus.
