Definition: The act of not providing followup warnings or taking any subsequent action after earlier warnings of perceived imminent failure were ignored. At the point of Quiet Failing the actor of Quiet Failing no longer cares as failure approaches and occurs as the actor feels it is not their problem anymore.
Today at work i reached Quiet Failing and my life is better for it.
Like our most trusted confidante, the person who knows you best, there are certain pieces of clothing or accessories that you turn to over and over again because they inexplicably tell the story of who you are. No matter what new modern piece you’re experimenting with, the WOFs are the items that, without fail, will still keep you grounded. Yourself. They are the narrative thread that connects the dots between your HTH and I&O pieces. Without them, you can feel rudderless.

When Royal Mail employees are so lazy that they expect to deliver parcels late for £10+ per hour otherwise they collectively don't bother turning up to work at all creating the Royal Fail.

When a sports officiator, especially an umpire, makes a controversial or obviously bad call. They fail, epically, as umpires.

Similar to chainfail / chain-fail / chain fail, "Epic Chain-Fail", is a series of fails, usually (in strictest sense of epic chain fail, not mere hyperbole) deal-breaking fails, not just minor fails, not only in a experiential or temporal successsion, but also in another dimension, or exponentiating too.

either chain fail, or epic fail could be worse, depending on the specifics. there is no worse than epic chain fail known. there is no "chain epic fail", as the "epic" in "epic chain fail" already implies fail os of epic proportion, either (strictly) in each fail's own right, or as the cumulative result.

Acrylic Fails means two bad ass bitches doing great things with their spare time. Acrylic Fails girls are so much fun to be around and most people wish they were them. They are usually found sipping and painting badly, wearing acrylic nails and making acrylic fails. Their fans buy these paintings and the money is all donated to charity - how bloody good! Found in New Zealand but fans can be found all over the globe.
