When you do something stupid, misread something massively wrong, or anything else someone with low iq will do.

Paddy moment is when the minds of two Irish or Northern Irish people are overwhelmed by ignorance and stupidity, causing them to react in an illogical self-destructive manor, aka a Paddy. Paddy moments can happen over anything, anywhere, anytime and can only happen between Paddys and not any other type of people.

A Bruh Moment that has ascended so far past the level of "Bruh" that it becomes a "Cuh", Therefore becoming a "Cuh Moment". Ranges, depending on cultural impact, from a 7 to a 12 on the national Bruh scale.
