An Irishman/woman, or person of Irish decent. It is said that an Irishman is a bog arab due to the plethora of peat bogs to be found in Ireland.

These people should not be mistaken for Islamic fundamentalists, as they are usually secular and Marxist, and are not Muslim in any way. Fatah in Palestine is an Arab Nationalist group, not Islamic.
