1: A suggestion that often is presented in an encouraging or complimenting way.
2: An idea that truly does not exist or have any meaning; a joke that people may use to describe an overly polite suggestion.
3: Something that one creates in Home Economics because one's group is doing terribly on the cooking assignment, namely one person, which you first send the cold, hard truth, then abandon it and attempt to compliment and suggest ideas at the same time.

Person 1: "Hey, person. What you're doing right now is great, but I think if you did this that would make it better!"
Person 2: "Constructive criticism."
2:
Person 1: "Okay, so you're doing great and I love what you're doing right now, it looks really great and all, but maybe if you did this it would make it even better!"
Person 2: "Did you hear that? They just sugarcoated that so much."
Person 3: "Haha yeah, constructive complimenting am I right?"
Person 2: "Hahaha yep."
1: A suggestion that is delivered with encouragement.
2: An idea that does not truly exist and is an excuse for trying to politely state that someone could easily do better, or that they are awful at whatever the constructive compliment is aimed at.
3: Something one makes up in Home Economics because your group is crap at their cooking assignment and only you seem to know it, saying that they can do much better in a politer way than saying "Dude, are you really this bad? You can fucking do better."

The people here can be quite relentless.
But, there is a light of hope - there are some sane, smart people here. They are however few and far between.

When an individual gives critisism of a piece of work in a way, which directly describe the part of the work they found inadequate or unpleasant usually backed up with arguments/their reasoning for why they found it so.
This form of critisism is often meant as a genuine help for the original creator of the work to improve in the future, though it is up to the person receiving the critisism to reflect on and see if they agree with it.
An individual who becomes enraged when receiving constructive criticism is reffered to as a "Dick"
Boy I sure am happy that someone gave me constructive criticism that I can use to reflect on my work and improve on it in the future, instead of just saying "bro this shit is fucking ass".
I should be very thankful they took the time to actually write constructive criticism that might help me gain a different perspective and see flaws in my own work, which I might have overlooked due to personal bias for my own work, instead of writing "bro this shit is fucking ass".
I really am lucky to not have my head so high up my own ass, that I am able to look at this constructive criticism and gain some valuable insight that I would not have been able to if they just wrote "BRO THIS SHIT IS FUCKING ASS".
