post democracy

the term is relatively new. it refers to the current state of (political) affairs in the united states (but probably doesn't preclude the emerging political model in many european countries...). it basically refers to the ever-widening ideological gap that exists between the voters and those receiving the votes. a political model that underscores a voter's influence. this term was coined by gore vidal.

that ours is a post democracy can be evidenced by last month's poor voter turnout.

Virtual Democracy

A type of government which has representatives as we see in the United states, but with one large alteration: No Electorate. This means that one person, one citizen, equals one vote. No longer is the unnamed electorate (appointed by the current representative or executive) going to vote for thousands of people. 1 person = 1 vote is fair impartial and is influenced directly by the people, as a democracy had originally intended.

God, I wish our democracy was a virtual democracy.

late democracy

A phenomenon in which tribalization reveals itself to be a feature of democracy in contrast to an anomaly.

A phenomenon in which society runs out of structural institutions to scapegoat so people begin to scapegoat each other (democratic confederalism).

Often misnomered as "late capitalism" by the left.

In late democracy tribalization reveals itself to be a larger meta-state of which democracy is a subset in contrast to a semantic anomaly in the circle of democracy.

Democracy reveals itself to be a mass distributor of the scapegoating impulse which was previously chaperoned by organized religion.

Reaction to late democracy forms the basis of Slavic (Russian) idealism which propounds a STATE religion.

Virtual Democracy

A system of government where the electorate (i.e. the people) vote directly on legislation rather than merely for a representative who then votes on their behalf. To scale beyond a few dozen people, such a system requires a high level of technical support infrastructure.

Virtual democracy is only possible using self aware computers.

Democracy's Foundation

Another way to refer to Liberalism.
Classical Liberalism laid the foundation for Democracy and Modern Liberalism help improve it.

Very few people know of Democracy's Foundation.

chinese democracy

Something that the world needs that's decades overdue and would be fucking awesome should it ever happen...but probably wont due various reasons. Examples include:

1. DUH! Democracy in Red China. Every time they seem to make progress, shit like big mama(commie internet censorship system) and tienamen square happen.

2. That one Eponymous Guns N' Roses album that Axl has been working on for like twenty years.

In hindsight, probably the absolute most (unintentionally?) genius album title ever.

What do ya figure will happen first? Actual chinese democracy or a new GNR album?
