Pony play refers to a type of BDSM role-play in which one partner assumes the role of a young equine—a pony—taking on its mannerisms and even dressing the part. The three types of role in pony play are (1) cart ponies, in which the "pony" pulls an actual cart that is sometimes called a "sulky"; (2) riding ponies, in which the "pony" is symbolically "ridden" by the partner; and (3) show ponies, in which the "pony" is asked to display some type of show-horse (dressage) skill, with the "pony" outfitted as for an exhibition. My grandfather has an old pony car in the garage. Keeps it in mint condition. Drives it on weekends.

A Pony Kisser is a guy who finds a "Pony" attractive. Where a "Pony" is a girl who wears a lot of makeup, does up her hair every day, wears really fancy clothes everywhere, and obnoxiously large and sparkly jewelry in order to hide the fact that underneath all of that she is just an ugly little horse.
BCH: You see that Pony Gary is making out with?
Garrett: Oh My Gad! She is nasty. He can't be fooled by all that make-up, can he?
BCH: Ha! That Goof, he's such a Pony Kisser.
Meaning: to put (something) up, often money. Pony, derived from pone, Lat. (present imperative, sing.) Poneo, ponere, "to put" Hence, to pony up is frequently used in monetary settings and games of chance where the demand is made to "pony up", or stake a monetary sum.

A female backside that resembles a young pony. Characteristics include but are not limited too: a rounded butt, firm muscular legs, a confident walk that could be categorized as a strut, and tight athletic wear. This term specifically refers to the shape and physical fitness of the female backside in question and does not only include the butt. It encompasses the entire region from the belly button to the ankles. The term also implies that one would like to 'ride' the Pony Ass.

Used in the following format to proclaim one's personal favorite pony (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic):
"insert pony name here is best pony."
This simple term is used anywhere and any time a MLPFIM fan is enthused by a particular pony. These comments tend to appear most in forums, message boards, and Youtube video comments. Some situations:
-A pony does something impressive or amusing in the show.
-A fan's favorite pony merely appears and/or speaks in an episode (Derpy Hooves is the best example).
-A pony displays an unusual tendency and wins the approval of a viewer (for example, the normally timid Fluttershy appears to beat the shit out of a bear).
-A fan simply prefers one pony to all others and wants to make it known.
It is up to the individual fan to decide which pony is best, as the statement is highly personal, but some ponies (usually Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash) are labeled as best more often than others. Also, this term is not always absolute, as some will use it to merely display an increase in the approval of a pony, and will thus apply it to multiple fillies and colts.
Aaron: Hey Mike, what happened in last night's episode Luna Eclipsed?
Mike: Well Princess Luna returned and could not stop yelling when she tried to talk. Eventually Fluttershy helped her and...
Aaron: FLUTTERSHY IS BEST PONY.
