The term has been coined because the new toker often takes too big of hits, wants to cough but tries to hold it in, and ends up having the air escape through their nose... along with a healthy amount of mucus (goobers).

Refers to the action of mixing the meat of grapes, berries, etc with peanuts. An American snack.
