A cryptic term that is part of the closing credits of some random anime show. Apparantly, the Japanese think it makes sense. More generally, it is a potentially positive modifier that may be applied to a person.
She's intelligent math.

A theory that evolution is wrong, and the world was created and maintained by Mr.Chuck Norris. This is almost certainly true, the only flaw may be the fact that Chuck Norris has not roundhouse kicked the idiot christians who say intelligent design is about god's heads up there asses.....yet.
Idiot Christian: Intelligent design is about god. Wait why is the door open?
(roundhouse kick like noise)
Idiot Christian: OH MY GOD!! AGHHHHH GAHGG ALEGRA! (dies)

A mysterious phrase that is frequently used but clearly doesn't exist.
Hey Mike, did you pass your test on government intelligence?
Sure Jim, I left the paper blank and got an A+!

Irreducible complexity, defined by imbeciles that spend meaningless lives selling half-truths and whole lies to anyone that still wants God in classrooms. The closest thing to a legitimate argument for intelligent design is pointing out flaws in the current theory of evolution. I.D. by definition is not and can never be science, because it is based upon an element beyond human understanding creating life. The scientific method can't be applied, because it's not a "scientific theory" that can be tested or something for which evidence can be collected, only a "theory" that people believe based upon their own understanding of the issue.
Intelligent design is almost like science, without the science part. But it sure got popular fast

An oxymoron (phrase that describes something that doesn't actually exist)
When was the last time you saw ANY evidence of US intelligence - George Bush, Britney Spears, Monica Lewinsky? I rest my case.

To broadcast or telegraph that you are more intelligent than you actually are by attempting to educate people and provide unsolicited advice under the guise of helping them.
Includes an element of virtue signalling as the goal is both to dominate by making yourself appear smarter and more virtuous in juxtaposition to the receiver or audience.
The intention (as well as virtue-signalling 'helpful' advice) is to self-level-up and often to make it seem like you have more knowledge in a given field. Since you often target someone more specialized or experienced than you are your advice is either common knowledge, making you appear like a douchebag in the eyes of the receiver, or it is made up bullshit.
My mistake was when Joe asked me how my marketing business was going and I said 'slow'. For the next hour he was intelligence signalling useless advice. The only thing I learned in that hour was how little he knows about marketing.
