Both terms combined are used for corrupt officers from Pakistan's civil services. These people can make trees, case files, workers and millions of dollars vanish from records in a snap of finger.

A "Jin Episode" does not bring anything to the narrative, it is a considered by anyone with personal taste. It is as dreadful to watch than an episode of CSI Miami.
