Someone who reuses what they say to one person and then says the same thing to the next person they see in hopes that it will spark a conversation.
this is very annoying especially if it fails on you and you hear them start saying it to another person.
Example of a talk recycler as follows:
Rob: i really hope it doesnt rain today
Sue: yeah
failed attempt
rachel walks into room
Rob: I really hope it doesnt rain today
rachel: me too i have a party outdoors tonight. what do you have planned?
Rob recycled the sentence I REALLY HOPE IT DOESNT RAIN TODAY. therefore he is a talk recycler and that sentence was recycled
When a dude tries getting some from you after already having hooked up with half your friends.
“michelle I can’t believe he would ask me out after hooking up with half my friends...what a DBag I’m all set with that recycled meat.”
When you feel kind of bad about just throwing your beer cans out the window so you find some unsuspecting recycling bin to toss them in.
Eric: Hey man, should I just toss this beer can out the window?
Paul: No way man, we'll just do some drive-by recycling!

This is a biomedical machine that is used to bring the dead back to life. It works on the principle that the soul is a form of intelligent enery and can be stored and recycled. The quantum recycler can take the soul from one being and transplant that soul into a dead body, thus bringing the dead back to life. This theory was first presented in a short story by a Sceince Fiction writer named Victor Darnell Hadnot.
Quantum Recycler:
A device or machine that brings the dead back to life. Such a device or machine that was postulated by a Science Fiction writer named Victor Darnell Hadnot in one of his short stories.

A stuck-up, snobbish person on the opposite end of the spectrum as white trash who rambles on about going green and saving the environment and lives their life to that extent.
