Luxury Problem

When some spoiled, self absorbed, rich douche is complaining about his or her trivial annoyances when they should have better things to worry about like the rest of us poor chumps... paying bills, buying food, etc.

Extends to rich business owners and corporations when any kind of rule or regulation is imposed on them.

Rich guy: "My new Italian Marble floor in my fifth bathroom has a crack in it."

You: "Sounds like a Luxury Problem."

The new regulations say I have to pay to clean up the toxic chemicals I dumped in the river! Now I might not be able to buy another vacation home!

Yup, Luxury Problem for sure.

Anecdote popularized (and maybe invented) by the author and former economics professor Nassim Nicholas Taleb that shows the risk in rare but harmful events. - so called "black swans".
It goes as follows:

"A Turkey is fed for 1.000 days by a butcher. Every day confirms to the turkey (and the turkey's economics department, and it's risk management department and it's analytics department ...) that in fact the butcher loves turkeys. Definition of "Turkey Problem": A series of events or actions enticing an unsuspecting party (Turkey; usually used to symbolize people or corporations) to be misled about the amount of risk / potential harm entailed in a transaction.
