Dictater

A potato carved to resemble a penis and used for sexual pleasure.

The foreign exchange student from Russia always bought potatoes to make dictaters until she started dating.

Dictator Cuomo

Someone who forces their will and their beliefs on you. Someone who has to create executive orders to enforce their will and beliefs on citizens that were obeying the law before executive orders were issued.

Dictator Cuomo who needs press coverage every second of every day.

Someone who is seen "working" in the tunnels with real works with hardhats but does not wear a hard hat for the photo.

Someone who has a Fredo for a brother.

I was running my business perfectly within the law. Then Dictator Cuomo sent his NY Liquor Authority gang to take my liquor license away. Now, I closed my business and laid off my 20 employees. I am no longer buying things locally and helping out my community.

Dictator Cuomo needs to go!

e-dictator

People, mostly company employers, that block/dictate pointless stuff on your computer (such as software updates) just for the sake of blocking that makes work computers almost unusable. Examples are blocking Task Manager or the dinosaur game when you're offline on a web browser.

I am really tired of the e-dictators in charge of my work. They force software updates and block manual updates.
