This is insomnia that eventually leads to death. A person is unable to sleep for multiple days until they finally die as their body gives in to exhaustion. It is becoming more common in the younger generation especially around exam time

Fatal Fitness, sometimes abbreviated as "FFitness" or "FF" , is often confused with crossfit, or accused of being a ripoff of same, however, FFitness's methodologies are markedly different from other functional fitness methods. Clan Fatality is a runescape pure clan also known as Failed it (Fi). Fi is a clan known for victories through numbers during PCL. Most Pures in Fi are 30 def or higher gives an upper advantage against other pure clans.

Some bullsh*t in Windows systems which describes a harmless error as fatal. Usually happens when you're working on your computer.
Windows Fatal Error : "The instruction at "07ijk125" failed to initialize in "24ole24r". The program will now close"
