English teachers like to give you nice terms like "Figurative language". It's just useless new names for things you already know.

Action Figure

NOT a doll. Dolls are for girls. Action figures are much more masculine and cool. Often depicting certain super-heroes or video game/movie characters, and sometimes real people.

"Hey, man what are you doing playing with that batman doll?"
"Hey! This is an ACTION FIGURE! Not a doll.... Dolls are for girls..."

Go Figure

Something you say when someone posts an insulting and condescending definition on UD, but it's full of spelling and grammatical errors, proving that whoever posted it is as dumb as the people he's insulting.

Asshole: "A saying used when something happens that you might have expected, but you have absolutely nothing original or intelligent to say. Generally used by idiots with IQs below 85, who just want to hear them selves talk, and build thier own unfounded egos.

Hey, Something happened like I thought it might....Go figure huh huh huh huh..Go figure right? huh huh man i'm the coolest..go figure,,huh huh"

Action Figuring

Usually when you really want two people to hook-up you get them intoxicated to the point of blackout and two people pick them up like they are action figures and force them to have sex
