Jovie is the most sweet, kind, beautiful person you will ever come across, and will constantly bully you if you pronounce something wrong. Jovie might insult you but she really doesn't mean it. She enjoys storms and loves taking walks out in the rain.
If she stays around someone too long she'll start having that accent aswell. Her parents are usually really strict and if you ask her out you'll probably have to wait awhile.
