Someone who lacks the ability to do something; a new comer. Usually used in video/computer games...I use it to mean anyone new at something, especially doing drugs/smoking.
Those n00bs couldn't smoke weed for shit! They suck in, and let it out without breathing it in. Next time, let's give them oregano instead.

A n00b is one who is unskillful or new to anything at all. Originated from the word NEWBIE (someone who is new to something), which was shortened to newb, then phonetically spelled with two o's, then by a random twist of fate, had zeros replace the o's. N00b is also primarily found in online based videogames such as counterstrike and halo. Many times after pwning a n00b you teabag him, in order for him to realize his n00byness.
A n00b can also be used as a basic insult, that is applicable to anyone, anytime, anywhere; and is often followed up with a tagged phrase.
(to an unskilled person or as a general insult)
"You are a n00b!"
or
"Wow you are a n00b... i've seen a walrus with a peg-leg that is less awkward!"

A n00b is a person who is new to a certain video game and is not very good at it, someone of more skill might call this person a n00b. Note: even though there are 2 zeroes, it is pronounced: "newb"

the word "n00b" is used mostly by people who call themself "pro", but really act like small children. n00b origins from the word noob or newbie, but they are used in a different way. apart from the word "newbie" which is used when talking about new players or "noob" which is used about bad players "n00b" can be used against higher leveled players/higher scores who are acting lame..
level 40: "kekekekekeke i pwn j00 n00b"
