Kansas raised

A mix of helpless teens, full of stolen booze from pa, and mid weed sold by your local gas station employee. You can find these wild hogs sporting a mullet with the sides of the head shaved driving lifted trucks.

raising Cain

What his parents apparently did an abysmal job of, if he grew up to be the murderer of his own brother Abel!

Juvenile delinquency may not currently be at an all-time high, but there are still multitudes of offenders --- lots of irresponsible parents still "raising Cains" out there!

Raise the roof

An ancient hand gesture suggesting that the roof is being raised by ones awesomeness. This almost extinct gesture can still be found in rare cases by middle aged douchebags, bald overweight men, and circus folk.

That five dollar hooker blew me better than that homeless guy. Raise the roof yall.

virtual raise

When contracting, rather than raising one's rate, instead billing more than necessary for work completed. Has the effect of increasing one's virtual hourly rate.

Did you get that big raise you were hoping for?
> Nah, so I just billed for more hours. Virtual raise!

Raising the goatee

In modern American slang, it means to have a person's goatee raised at someone in a sign of displeasure or contempt. The term, which is a take on the phrase "raised eyebrows", was first brought into popular usage because of the aggressive facial expressions of former Pittsburgh Steelers coach Bill Cowher (who wears a goatee from time to time) to his players and officials from the sidelines of National Football League games during his tenure.

Damn, all I did yo is beat you at darts. Why you raising the goatee at me?
