2 absolutely anything, anywhere or anyone. Scrump can be a neighbor or their house or the neighborhood the live in. It could be the food they are eating and the shit they deficate. Or the act of feeding their shit to the people they kidnapped in their basement. So it's a verbal.

Scrumps were known to be eaten by hunger pirates in the pirate age especially by two famous pirates Fatbeard and Crock! Although Scrumps might sound bad at first they can be fantastic after a good cooking!
