A Bruh Moment that has ascended so far past the level of "Bruh" that it becomes a "Cuh", Therefore becoming a "Cuh Moment". Ranges, depending on cultural impact, from a 7 to a 12 on the national Bruh scale.

its when someone says something so absolutely disgusting/disturbing, that everyone is just used to it and don't even react to it.

When someone is acting like a fucking irresponsible five year-old child. It can be anyone. Although this behavior tends to be extremely annoying, we still love that person❤️❤️.
