senior play

A play usually put on by a group of high school seniors who may or may not be in the school's drama club. The play may be good or it may be not-so-good, but it is often seen as the Senior Class's last chance to cooperate and make something together.

The act of a mortgage lender sending out redundant notices of intent to foreclose, prior to actually foreclosing. Similar to foreplay prior to sex.
