Coined by South Park's Jimbo and Ned, it can be observed in the episode "The Mexican Staring Frog of Sri Lanka" - ep6 in 2nd season. It's in the "Huntin' and Killin'," Jimbo's and Ned's show about hunting and killing.
Pussy law #4 states that hunters are not permitted to kill animals in self-defense, thus yelling the line "It's coming right for us" is no longer usable to legalize the animal murder.
For that reason, Jimbo and Ned have to yell "Thin out their numbers" to "legally" kill the animals.
Jimbo: "Now, idn't that great? We have a terrific show for you today: we're gonna kill some elk, and we're gonna kill some mountain goats. Now, the new law passed by Colorado legislature, which Ned and I call 'Pussy Law #4', states that we can no longer kill animals in defense. In other words, our old line of 'It's comin' right for us' no longer works. So now, we only kill naimals to, quote, thin out their numbers. If we don't hunt, then these animals will grow too big in number and they won't have enough food. So you see, we have to kill animals, or else they'll DIE. "

Ditching ones friends to be assaulted by the Horde on Left 4 Dead or any other multiplayer game which requires everyones full teamwork and cooperation. Usually resulting in the deaths of all teammates but said ditcher. Also, betraying ones friends by lighting them on fire with any in-game incendiary weapons.
Anthony Left 4 Help last night while I was being attacked by the Horde, then decided "help" more by throwing his molotov directly at my feet and surrounding zombies.

A beautiful state of mind that those who consume Four Lokos on a daily basis inhabit. Landmarks include - Blue Raspberry River, Orange Park, Fruit Punch Farm, the Watermelon Well, Bong Beach's Lemonade Stand, Cran-ma's House, Kro-Grape-O Grocery Store, and most importantly the Whooty Bridge. The streets are paved in 4 Loko cans, 4 Lokos grow from the trees in Orange Park, and during the occasional thunderstorm 4 Loko is rained down on the entire town instead of water. Accessible only by the PJ's bus service and to those in possession of at least 1 Four Loko, 4 Loko Town would definitely be described as "where it's at". Being extremely drunk more than 6 times a week, nightly projectile vomiting, and more than 1 unplanned pregnancy within the confines of 15 days are all signs that you might be a resident of 4 Loko Town. So call that PJ's, get those Lokos, and drink up and you'll soon be on your way to 4 LOKO TOWN!!!

Originally a film starring Mark Wahlberg, the idea was taken and used to describe a school clique. The term is used when four best friends are a group, but the group is so elite that some people may be kicked out and replaced by others.
