An insult: People will usually use this as in insult calling you "soft" basically meaning you are someone who isn't really to their appeal and don't have positive feeling towards you. It basically means you are a weak person and someone who is scared of most people you come across, so if you see someone and you feel scared of them you are usually seen as "soft". Some other ways people see you as "soft" is if you dress up as the opposite gender (Mostly for males) or show some negative emotions (generally those along the lines of sadness)

Soft snuggle bits are the extra soft, warm, silky, and not necessarily sexual parts of the human body that are often only touched by those in an intimate relationship during snuggles.
