Somewhat similar to Playing silly buggers
Playing stupid buggers is however never used affectionately or humorously; it is generally used in one of two different ways:
1. To refer to someone deliberately doing something wrong that is likely to have ramifications.
2. To refer to someone doing something really stupid that is likely to not end well at all
ex1. I dont know what she is up to, but knowing how her mind works; she is most likely playing stupid buggers

The ultimate insult used to hit all 3 boxes that need to be checked when constructing your Hail Mary of an insult. It has the intelligence insulting defined by stupid which is guaranteed to piss off your target, as well as having the nigga (not racially) which lets the target know that they are an inferior specimen compared to your self. The cherry on top being the bruh which really hits home and lets the target know that what they have just said is truly incomprehensible. Additionally, it can be repeated a total number of two times for maximum pain infliction.
Target: "Oh my god I hate Pewdiepie and his stupid battle against T-series"
Me: "Shut up stupid nigga bruh stupid nigga bruh"

Something or someone who fits into the category of normal stupidity. Plain and old merrily describe the word stupid. The something or someone is not necessarily plain or old.
