The slang variant of high-key functions as an adverb and is typically used to describe a speaker's desires or emotions. Additionally, it can also indicate something that is overtly wanted or felt by the speaker.
In short, lowkey is used to describe a speaker's thoughts, feelings, and desires, and it means:
1: moderately: of low emotional intensity
2: secretly
"I high-key am totally into that girl"
Used in the same context/with the same tone as low-key, but with the opposite meaning. Like "very much".
