a "30" (really only twelve) second water break commonly used by Scott Friedberg.

Go Mongolian

When a mentally retarded person (i.e. a mongoloid) lets their retardation take control and they begin screaming profanities that only other mongoloids can understand. It often activates all other mongoloids in the area and creating a chain reaction of retardation.

An onomatopoeic word no one agrees on the meaning of. It can mean things such as:
- Being fast and loud
- Being broken

Going to the Bureau

Leaving your office early, under the pretense that you're traveling to another facility ("the bureau") to continue working.....when in reality, you're leaving to go home; presumably to eat cake and admire your front butt.

Ed: Are you going with us to Starbucks today at 2:30?

Mark: No, I'm going to the bureau here in a little bit. I've got a lot of work to catch up on.
