Kamehameha effect

Another name for the 44th Law of Anime Physics: Law of Nominative Clamovocation- the likelihood of success and damage done by a martial arts attack is directly proportional to the volume at which the full name of the attack is announced.

The Kamehameha effect allows Dr. Octagonapus to regularly destroy cars, people, and the inside of whatever room he is in. Vegeta desintigrates mountains on the same principal.

mandela effect

An perfect example of how dumb, forgetful and easily persuaded humans are.

I could say, "The word 'carcass' never existed," and everyone would start yelling "MANDELA EFFECT!"

Amy: Want a rice crispie?
Barb: It's rice KRISPie.
Amy: No no, Rice Krispie is a name of a company, rice crisp-
Barb: IT'S KRISPIE! MANDELA EFFECT!!!
Amy: *rolls eyes*

T: "I was out with B all day and he shot down everything I wanted to do so we could go do what he wanted"

Mandela Effect

A brain infection that causes a person suffering from it to be physically incapable of admitting a mistake. Saying phrases such as "I was wrong" or "I must have misremembered" create an acute sensation of pain, so the sufferer will do everything they can to avoid speaking those words. A common symptom is the invention of fanciful theories about a Parallel Universe and/or Time Travel to explain away memory lapses. This is a communicable disease. As of yet a cure has not been discovered, though taking a break from one's smart phone and/or computer and taking a walk outside does seem to soften the severity of the symptoms somewhat.

Billy: Yo, what's up with Jimmy? Have you noticed that he can never admit when he's wrong about something, even when it's super obvious?
Zachariah: Don't be too hard on him, Billy, he has the Mandela Effect. His brain is all messed up.
Billy: Ouch, poor bastard! I guess I'm going to have to avoid him until he gets better -- the last thing I need right now is to catch that too.
Zachariah: Smart idea.

the Megaman effect

When a game company lucks out with smash hit game, and then proceeds to crank out worthless clones of the game, cleverly disguising them as "sequels." A prime example is CapCom's MegaMan BattleNetwork series for Game Boy Advance, which began as a launch title for the handheld in 2001, but quickly became an incredibly long "series" of games that are all essentially the same game. Of course, the same thing could be applied to Nintendo and Game Freak's popular Pokemon series for Game Boy, GBA, and the DS.

Dude, WW2 games, Vietnam war games, and Atlus RPGs are suffering from the MegaMan effect.

The Douchebag Effect

When a group of two or more males, each with a slight tendency to be an individual douche, are gathered together in a space, the likelihood of each individual to feed off of each other and act extremely douchey is greatly increased, thus enacting the douchebag effect. The douchebag effect can occur in any situation, however it is most likely to occur when there is a group of attractive females around, or when there are zero females around and the testosterone levels are too high. The range of individual douchebaggyness can range from very small to extremely large, however individual douche levels are usually set aside because the douchebag effect overpowers individuality. The only way to not be sucked into the douchebag effect is to in face have zero percent douchebag in one’s system to begin with.

"Kyle, Steve, and Mikey are all fine to hang around with one on one, but when they get together in a group the douchebag effect occurs and it's unbearable to be around them."
