Ace Combat 4

Ace Combat 4 is the obviously the fourth installment in the AC series. It is the first in the series to introduce full and clean 3D rendering of real-world aircraft, excluding one example. Ace Combat 4 is set around a rookie pilot with the call-sign Mobius 1. He quickly becomes a Ribbon (ace) by Mission 8 (signified by a radio transmission after scoring a hit on one of the Yellow Squadron memebers). Mobius 1 also single handedly takes out Stonehenge (an anti-asteroid artillery battery), Yellow Squadron, and Megalith (a gigantic anti-asteroid missile launch facility). A few quirks arosed in this game including the missile tracking system and range problems (i.e. made-up distances).

Ace Combat 4 is a damn good game...when it first came out.

996 + 4 = 1000

In one episode of Pimp My Ride, host Xzibit can be seen wearing a black t-shirt with silver lettering which declares, quite enigmatically, "996 + 4 = 1000".

Seriously, wtf does that mean? I guess 996 plus 4 does technically equal 1000...

vote 4 pedro

If you vote 4 Pedro, all your wildest dreams will come true.

He's got a sweet bike, he's good at hooking up with chicks, and he's the only guy in school with a mustache.

left 4 dead

Pretty much the most addictive zombie game ever. It's fairly simple game play but it has a real hook to it. As for gameplay, the zombies make the resident evil zombies look like pussies. They're all like super fast. Add the Director to the mix and its like an undead catastrofuck...

Player 1: I'm down! I'm down!

Player 2: OH SHIT TANK!

Player 1: LEAVE ME! RUN!

*Game Over*

501(c)(4)

(US LAW) tax-exempt nonprofit as defined under Treasury Code section 503(c)(4). Very similar to a 501(c)(3), but while a 501(c)(3) is more completely exempt from taxes, a 501(c)(4) has more leeway in what sorts of political activities it may engage in.

For example, a 501(c)(4) organization may explicitly endorse a ballot position or candidate, whereas a 501(c)(3) may not.

There are many examples of 501(c)(3) organizations paired with 501(c)(4) organizations. This arrangement is known as the "Sibling Option" and is used by the Koch Family Foundations for funding Tea Bag political associations.
