A meme that was created by the use of horrible instagram ads for the game “Mafia City”.
It is often misidentified as a meme started/popularised by YouTuber juggernaut, Pewdiepie, on 1/5/2019. However, it’s true origin lies with a video made by YouTuber, Slazo on 30/12/2018, titled “Hilariously Bad Instagram Ads (Mafia City)”.
