The Joker's on again off again girlfriend/side kick. When she's not with The Joker she can probably be found with Poison Ivy or Red as refered to by Harley. She used to be a clinical phychiatrist at Arkham Asylum until she fell in love with her patient The Joker. Ever since then she's led a life of crime, and has been in and out of Arkham herself. She refers to The Joker as Puddin or Mista J.

A suburban middle management type who buys a shiny new Harley Davidson to ride on the weekends, while togged out in pristine leathers. Thinks he is cool but is really just a pretentious brand name status seeker. The bike is usually in the garage next to the minivan and the trailer with the jet skis.

This term originates from Batman's Harley Quinn, who first appeared in Batman the animated series and gained so much popularity that she was placed into the comic books.
Meaning:
When a character which originates from a cartoon gets placed into the comic books, or becomes canon.
Have you seen Chloe Sullivan from Smallville? She recently got Harley Quinned into the comics.
Are they really going to Harley Quinn that character? He's annoying enough in the cartoons.
