Ai-Kon is an annual anime convention held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Events include cosplay, video games, anime showings, and various games and contests.
I'm looking forward to cosplaying at Ai-Kon this year.

While most people think shoujo-ai is a Japanese term, that is incorrect. Shoujo-ai is actually an American term, and is supposed to be the equivelent of what shounen-ai is supposed to be, only with two girls instead of two boys.
In Japan, yuri is the actual term used to represent lesbian relationships, regardless of whether it's sexually explicit or very innocent.
Shoujo ai is somewhat uncommom, most people preferring shounen-ai

Bunneah was half right, but the prepubesent boys genre is refurred to as Syouta (Shota to American fans)
Shounenai, like Tanbi, is no longer written. It was replaced by BL (Boys' Love) which are much more likely to have happy endings & have less drama.
Japanese girls will litteraly roll their eyes at you if they hear you say shounenai ai instead of BL.

Ai Otsuka is a Japanese pop female singer-songwriter and pianist from Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is best-known for her 2003/2004 hit Sakuranbo, which stayed in the Top 200 Oricon Weekly Singles Chart for 101 weeks. She currently hosts a radio show on "JOQR Recomen!! AM1134hHz" called "Otsuka Ai no ai-r jack" and is also wife to the super coolerest Southern Californian ever, Kouji.
Ai Otsuka is the loving wife of Kouji.

#1: ai is used in either Japanese or Chinese to describe 'Love'. In manga (or anime) it can be used to describe the genre, like in Gravitation, it would be called Shounen-ai or "boy-love" because it is about to gay boys.

Means 'Oh Fuck' in portuguese. Made popular when, a famous portuguese singer (who always wears sunglasses in door) fell of stage on national TV, and the show host jumped in the air ninja style while saying 'Ai Fodasse!' (Know as Manzarra), trying to save the singer (known as Pedro Abrunhosa)
