The feeling of immense regret usually following smoking, intoxication, hooking up... really any form of revelry or debauchery; it results in excessive apologies progressing to morose sulking for the remainder of the day.
Liv's been sulking all day about getting intoxicated and hooking up with that guy. She's really got the scully guilts.
The guilt one feels when coming down from a multiple day speed/meth/ghack binge. Sorrow filled hopelessness in a scattered meth mind. When you realize that you are seriously out of control and it's affecting your life and others.
"I feel like I'm going nowhere with my life". I'm so fucking up on the ghack, '! "Come on dude relax, you just got a bad case of ghackers guilt'.
When a person flashes 2 or more other people out of guilt. This is mostly done with peer pressure and in situations where one of the flashees is about to move away.
Duder 1: "C'mon dude show us your dick. It's legendary. And Garrett is going to move away soon. You'll never see him again."
Duder 2: "Fuck no!"
Garrett: "C'mon dude, I'll never see you again."
Duder 2: "Ok...."
Duder 1: "Yes! Flash of guilt works everytime!"

An act of somebody buying you an expensive gift with the aim of guilting you into buying a gift of same value for them in return.
Damn, Anthony is gift-guilting me into buying him something expensive after he bragged about buying me some Tiffany jewelry for Christmas! I had to match him!

Someone who attempts to obtain a service, or an object for free by manipulation of their victim by using a guilt trip.
Joe is a such guilt scammer because he demanded that I give him a huge discount, claiming that we have been friends for years.

Flowers given to a woman by her husband or boyfriend to make up for something that he is guilty of, but she doesn't know about. Usually, guilt flowers are given by the man without any apparant reason and as such are accompanied by a card that says something like "Just because". When actually, the pang of guilt after he cheated on his partner, or when he chose not to tell her about the visit to the strip club with the guys, or whatever sin he committed, overcame him and he felt he had to make it up to her, while not having to confess to anything.
Sam: I met this hot woman on the elevator at work this morning. Something came over me and the next thing I knew I'm asking her for her number. Jennifer will never know about it, but still, I feel bad I did it.
Jason: No worries, dude. Just pick up some guilt flowers on the way home tonight. It's like being forgiven without having to confess.
Sam: No way, won't she be suspicious?
Jason: Are you kidding? Women go crazy over flowers. By the time the flowers are dead and the spell wears off, it'll all be history. Trust me. Works every time.

A trip you should never take. You should feel guilty when you know you have done something you know is wrong. You should set things right if you can or at least try to avoid doing the wrong thing again. The main thing is your actions are based on what you think and feel, not on what someone who is trying to manipulate you wants to make you think and feel.
