A rhetorical question is a question to create dramatic effect or to make a point, rather than to elicit reply.
Example of Rhetorical Question: How did you fail the test!? It was so easy.

Extensions include reasons, conditions, explanations, or responses. Answering with anything else than yes or no,(maybe, I don't know, sort of, neither, kinda, both, etc.) is prohibited.
