A term referring to a person who uses profanity or repetitive phrases so regularly, it appears they have tourettes.

Located mainly in Shippensburg University, this condition forces the person to yell the word SHIP or RAIDERS with little to no control of the volume. This condition is also known to exist primarily in the SU Marching Band, although others on campus have caught this blessing of a condition.
Guy # 1: Hey guys what's SHIP! RAIDERS! up?
Guy # 2: What the hell is wrong with you?
Guy #3: He went to visit his cousin up at Shippensburg this weekend. Now he has the ship tourettes

Voluntary Tourettes is a disease that causes people to say outlandish, intrusive, offensive, or overly Freudian comments; even though they know better and could easily restrain themselves. It can inflict any age, sex, or race. However, it has long been recognized to be more prevalent in mother-in-laws. Symptoms can be mimicked or compounded by alcohol.
