I'll tell you. o is similar to e so you could say they look similar, and if o = e then e = o and if e = o then the o in wot is actually an e, not an E so say wOt if you want to ask "what?" so if the o is an e in wot it spells wet so wot = wet confirmed (if you didn't know and you cant even pass kindergarten v = very)
