A "JoJo Moment" has an almost similar meaning and use to the word " Bruh Moment ". Except, instead of saying "Bruh", you gasp in shock and say "N-Nani??", "M-Masaka...", "Ya-Yaroouuu!!", and other words of similiar caliber.
Another use of JoJo Moment is when someone is saying the mentioned words and you say, "He/She/It is having a JoJo Moment right now.."
Bob: *Does a backflip*

Tom:"Ho boy... Steve's having a JoJo Moment again..."

A Jojo reference is a reference to something in the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Manga. Sometimes, people make Jojo references on accident, or on purpose. Like someone saying "I refuse." with the Rohan face, Or making a donut Joke.

Jojo siwa is a spooky thing. Shes like the demon you see in the corner of your room at night. Her ponytail it legit looks like her scalp. Shes balding at the age of 15. Also when she speaks it sounds like some weird language. Beware of the bows, they will get cha.
