The origin is unknown, it has been used since 2010, but now gaining popularity with "goofy ahh sounds" "goofy ahh videos", and it has also been rising in popularity due to "Quandale DIngle". It is used to describe something stupid, silly, dumb, or weird.

Person B: oh look, its goofy ahh quandale dingle!
