In the Street Fighter game series, Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu move. During the manoeuvre, the screen blacks out and Akuma performs a series of devastating and demoralizing attacks. Can be abbreviated to B.O.B.
Groups of friends will often participate in "B.O.B. Matches", in which each player selects Akuma. The first player to land a successful Blackout Bingo will have exclusive rights to Akuma for a time period specified prior to the competition.

Blackout binge means when you're at a party where it occurs alot of alcohol, where people drink so much that they blackout. They are on a binge and blackout, hence the name - Blackout binge
Guy (to friend): Hey man! Where you at Candice party yesterday? dude it was a total blackout binge.
Guy (to friend): It's a blackout binge here man. I don't know if I can drink anymore, I think i'll blackout soon.
Girl (to friend): I was at Stevens party this weekend, but I left as soon as I got there. It was a blackout binge there. I didn't wanna find myself in that situation.

The one day of the week that is specifically planned for drinking and smoking yourself into a state in which you're no longer in control of any of your bodily functions. Blackout Friday usually involves pushing yourself past your limits, and sometimes includes starting fights. Upon waking up you have no recollection of the night before, and you have no grasp of reality.

This is the term referring to when someone's sole objective is to get blacked out as soon as possible, preferably within an hour.
Being "blacked out" is of course referencing the act of drinking so much one experiences amnesia and forgets all the dumb shit they do following the black out.
A much more aggressive take on the traditional power hour.
"Man, i just got fired from work, you down to power black out?"
"Did that guy just take 8 shots of tequila in a row?
