The thing that has been diversified
I was diversed by my friend who wanted her friends to be from different countries.
A woman, or someone who identifies as a woman, that achieves a prominent position due to a company's diversity criteria and not her actual ability. This woman then goes and makes a massive diva of herself knowing there is no way for her to be fired.
Alex: What's the story with Grace? She's absolutely useless and a massive bully.
