boycott fatigue

when Americans at the height of privilege exhibit such revolting gluttonous behavior that they can't stand by their principles for long enough to go without a McChicken for thirty seconds

I condemn Starbucks for using slave labor, but unfortunately, I have boycott fatigueβ€”I value the Pink Drink over human rights and am a hedonistic dollop of lard!

medal fatigue

Inability to stay awake during the day because one has stayed up late watching coverage of the Olympic games.

Halfway through the meeting Barry succumbed to medal fatigue, slumping in his chair, snoring loudly and dreaming that he beat Michael Phelps in the 200 IM.

The state of being extremely TIRED of someone else's SHIT.

If my husband complains one more time about the messy house I will come down with a major case of fecal fatigue!

palin-fatigue

n. When you get sick of hearing a former vice president obsessing over herself and the constant media reporting; ramblings that are so stupid you can't believe people care what they have to say

I have "palin-fatigue" from this failure of a politician always obsessing over herself and dominating the media, and i am sick of it.

Bono Fatigue

The feeling that comes with being so completely worn out by U2's (horribly overrated) music, (horribly annoying) frontman, (horribly self-righteous) politics, and (horribly predictable) fanbase. Basically Bono Fatigue is the slow drain that accompanies every mention of U2.

Matt: "I was reading Bono's op-ed piece for the New York Times this morning, and I was struck by a quote similar to one he used in an interview for his Time Magazine cover piece where he discusses the nature of man and the conscience in relation to the indigenous music of East-Central Africa. You know, I think I picked up on that when listening to Put on Your Boots the other day, etc...."
Dawson (struck hard by Bono fatigue): "So... exhausted... all of a... sudden..."
