When one cannot walk drive or even stand because he/she has to take a crap so bad that they are paralyzed from the waist down

People with this condition typically feel a crusty, foul smelling, and very uncomfortable sense of unease while presenting an extreme lack of personal hygiene. It can be devastating for the partner when participating in sexual intercourse. The only way to aviod is wiping the rectal region with 3ply toilet paper in a front to back manner.
