Requestion

To make a request in the form of a question.

She requestioned her husband to do the dishes, but he knew that was just an order.

requestion

A request that you do something, but doing it is formed as a pseudo question--often by a figure of authority--that's really a statement. (BTW--requests from your girl/boy friend in such a manner don't count; that's called rhetoric).

Scene: in an all-department meeting; your name is Beauchamp
The requestion...
Your boss: Beauchamp, could you put together an outline of every promo event from last year by tomorrow?

You: think WTF?!

say I'm on it

do pretend to make a reminder note to yourself

Requestion

When you give someone a requirement or request (i.e., tell them what to do) but deliver it in the form of a question, making it seem like they have a choice.

At the end of the meeting Sam's boss said "You'll send that report to me by 5pm today, right?".

When Sam was getting ready to head home Pat said "You better send that file before you go, if you don't you're going to get in big trouble!"

Sam sighed and looked for the report, knowing it wouldn't be read for a week (if ever) but also knew he'd hear about it in his annual review if he ignored another requestion from his manager.

Ah, I see. So, it appears that you took the deliberate step of meticulously copying the entirety of the text located on the right-hand side. Presumably, this action was carried out with the purpose of conducting a detailed observation of what might transpire as a result, or perhaps to gain a deeper understanding of the specific effects, consequences, or reactions that could be prompted by performing such an action. This thoughtful approach suggests a clear intent to analyze and study the potential outcomes in a comprehensive and methodical manner.
