The winner in Hearts is the player with the lowest score so running it usually guarantees the player a tremendous lead. Running it is synonymous with Shooting the Moon.

Player who's running it: Nope. You will never stop me from running it now.

Running It (phrase): To Turn It Out, Shut It Down and generally make everyone in the room want to either be you or sleep with you (gender and sexuality permitting), mainly due to the fact that you look like one cool, slick, fireballin' motherfucker.
EG - "Crabshaw's Running It in that pristine white pimp suit and fedora, he just shut down the whole motherfucking room! Let's break outta here and get high while he gets his swerve on with deez ho's...."

A joke from a movie named "Forrest Gump"
"Run, Forrest, Run!" is a meme that originated from the movie, Forrest Gump. When the bullies were chasing Forrest, Jenny started yelling, "run, forrest, run!" and this helped Forrest run faster away from the bullies. This eventually led Forrest being able to run across the country many times when he was an adult.
Now, people use this quote a lot when they see someone running fast, especially if it looks like they are trying to get to somewhere on time. This can also be said if someone, like Forrest, is trying to run away from bullies or other people.
Look at that guy running, he must be in a hurry.
