An abstract term used by Realtors to add appeal to listings. Theoretically, it refers to a higher-end kitchen, but it has become used so loosely, that there are no clear defining factors that separate a 'gourmet kitchen' from a 'kitchen.'
Remodeled gourmet kitchen with custom white cabinets and black granite countertops. New appliances, plenty of cupboards and drawer space. Hardwood floors downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bath remodeled with granite counters. Plenty of built ins for storage and linens and such.

A bed that is stimulatiously used to sleep and also eat in. With half the the bed for sleeping and the other half filled with food stuffs.
