While it could most definitely mean “I want to kill myself”, it’s mostly used amongst gen-z as a way to express a deep hate, regret, or frustration against something; teenagers and young adults don’t wanna deal with the overwhelming experience of life, and it’d such a universal feeling right now that almost everyone understands “kms” as “I’m tired of this, I can’t stand this, oh my fucking goodness”
