The act of inappropriately commenting on someones unfortunate Facebook status with a solitary 'lol'. A screen grab is then taken in put into a photo album titled "lol-bombs" on your own Facebook page.
"Yo, Azz, I've been lol-bombing all day so I can be just like you."

The street war tactic of attacking your enemies before they attack you. Also known as retaliating first. It requires great skill and paranoia to anticipate a threat and then smash them before they get to you.
