b) a private email server where politicians store embarrassing, unwanted emails, hoping that no one will find them until the statute of limitations runs out.
if you ever let someone enter your personal email dump, definition b), don't be surprised if email dump-definition a)- will be used by that "someone" to "torpedo you underwater" decades later, spelling the Titanesque end of your political career

You're in so much pain, you want to end it, the entire world. To begin this ritual, the mayan gods require a blood sacrifice. As the bowels tear through your intestinal tract, they litterally rip your innards, thus providing the blood sacrifice. The use of so many unnecessary words so as to make a simple answer of say, yes or no, difficult to ascertain. Legalese or "fine print" is a prime example of word dump or verbiage.
