Haters be Jigglin is a phrase used to describe the haters of someone who has a large hateful following.
Jeff: Yo Keemstar's haters be Jigglin'.
Andrew: What did you just say?
Jeff: You know, cuz his haters are real and he isn't.
A person on any video-sharing platform who looks for random/sad comments and hates/jokes on them for no reason.

Hater boysthe same exact meaning for a fanboy but the opposite. hater boys is a person that is obsessing over a piece of media that they didn't like and they usually spend a lot of time in community's wasting time beating a dead horse and that one topic they despise.
