Common Politician: "This is what public (you) wants."
Correctly interpreted as "This is what I want." Hence The Politician's "You".

Those who ask for his identity are scavenging for wisdom, and are seeking greater power. People who question for ómar are allowed to do it anywhere, in any conversation, no matter the context.
