A more in depth meaning of the phase "I'm Fucked up". This term "yam-sauced" refers to the point of drunkness that you start acting very hyper horny and crazy all at once then shut down. Sort of like cross faded but without the high.

The small packets of sauce, usually plum sauce but possibly chili sauce or soy sauce, included by the handful when ordering Chinese takeout or delivery. So named because no one wants them, at least not in the quantities supplied, and are thrown directly in the garbage unopened.
“I think they forgot your beef and broccoli— all that’s left in the bag is a couple extra chopsticks and some packets of garbage sauce.”

The name was created based on the ingredients.
Tartar sauce is made with mayonnaise, chopped pickles, and lemon juice.
So when they made it they said, "Mayonnaise and pickles would be tart, adding lemon juice will make it even TARTAR!" Tartar Sauce!
The mayonnaise was tart with pickles in it, after we add lemon juice it was even TARTAR SAUCE!
